Accommodation for Iron Man

Located in the upmarket suburb of Nahoon Mouth, only 5 minutes from the start of the race. Harewood Lodge proudly supports the Iron Man 70.3 which is hosted in East London, South Africa (Buffalo City). Considered to be one of the toughest Iron Man events in the world, the race consists of a swim of 1.9km, a cycle of 90km follwed by a run of 21.1km.

Harewood Lodge is the perfect accommodation for the Iron Man 70.3. We have recently renovated to offer a real “home away from home” experience. We are 15 minutes from the East London airport and we are less than 10 minutes drive from major shopping centers, sporting facilities, restaurants, outdoor activities and the East London museum, the home of the Coelacanth.

Each room at Harewood Lodge is equipped with satellite television (DSTV). We offer semi self catering and includes microwaves, cutlery, crockery, kettles and bar fridges. Coffee and tea are also provided. We also have a two bedroom apartment on site.

Harewood Lodge is famous for their delicious breakfasts. Guests enjoy the choice of either a Continental or English breakfast in our dining room. Pastries, Fresh fruit salad, muffins and home-made breads are prepared with a selection of cheeses, cold meats, cereals, fruit juices, tea and not to mention our freshly filtered coffee. Dinner is also available on request. We have an honesty bar available for further refreshments as well.
